"Way of Hermes" was founded by a "fallen Griffin", who carelessly let her temper get the best of her. Although she made every attempt to resolve the issue, she was unable to do so. She then was harshly treated and exhiled by the Griffins. In her loneliness, she decided she would cry no more or wish for the Griffins to accept her back. She also decided to make a strong commitment to watch her temper and the words she spoke from that point on. She then began to craft a small boat to escape the island she had been exhiled to, when a handsum, young male appeared out of no where. She was startled but he spoke to her in a gentle voice and told her not to be afraid. " I am Hermes, Messenger of the Gods, God of Merchants and Commerce, God of Athletics and Travel, God of Shepards, Thieves, and Public Speaking. I have seen your tears and heard your words for many moons and I've come to help you. I shall take you back to Vormis, but you are not to return to the Griffins. You are to follow my ways and become a famous merchant throughout all of Vormis." A beautiful winged-horse flew down from the sky. When it landed, Hermes said "This is Pegasus" and helped her climb upon its back. He then mounted Pegasus and off they flew towards Vormis. When they reached Vormis, Hermes gave her 3 pairs of majik sandles, 3 winged helms, 3 pairs of pink pants, and a bag filled with coins. He then told her, "Spend this money wisely and use the items I gave you and you soon be a powerful merchant in Vormis" She promised him she would and was filled with happiness. He kissed her on the cheek, then mounted Pegasus again. As he began to fly off, he said to her "Remember to follow my ways always and to remember your own promise to watch your temper and words! He then flew off into the sunset.
